Due to the time of each appointment, we do require 72 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellations.

MORE THAN 72 HOURS: If you cancel more than 72 hours notice, you will be rescheduled at no extra charge.

LESS THAN 72 HOURS: If you cancel less than 72 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. 

LESS THAN 24 HOURS: No shows and appointments canceled with 24 hours or less notice, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service

I will reach out to you to collect your cancellation fees, and no further booking will be permitted until fees are paid.

We require a 72-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No shows are included under this policy. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee may apply.

In the event you’re unhappy with your service, please contact me immediately so we may make appropriate minor adjustments to ensure your satisfaction. Minor adjustments include gloss, root shadow, trims and must be completed within one week of the original service.

This policy will only be honored when additional cutting or chemical services have not been rendered between the original and adjustment services. The charge for the adjustment will be discussed and agreed upon before the arrives is provided.
